skylerelizabeth: Don’t get me wrong, I was rooting for Chloe (and Jane Lynch) but I feel like I just gotta set the record straight, considering I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (ahem, mormon). Mormons are NOT modern-day polygamists. In fact, I’ve seen every episode of Big Love and they get it just right! The mormons are the ones calling the cops on the plural-wife way of life. I’m confused at how Chloe got it wrong during her acceptance, but hey I’d be flustered if I’d just won a golden globe too, so I’ll let it slide. I guess because they used LDS as a cover in the beginning…
